Quite a few shout-outs this week.

Another shout out as well to Cartha Queens Park in Glasgow.

They get a shout out because both the first 15 and second 15 won their respective leagues on the same day last week.

As you can imagine, the club was loose on Saturday night and they went into Glasgow and they went to a gymnastics establishment.

So well done to Cartha Queens Park in Glasgow.

Also, a special shout-out to Richard Back and all his family.

He was a proud gala man from the Borders who has sadly passed away.

He lived and breathed gala and Scotland and was the loudest and proudest supporter on the touchline for his son from minis right through to senior rugby with the Novocastrians.

A proper rugby man who will be hugely missed by all his friends and family, so thinking of everyone there.
