So AI makes it possible to really build

blow out intellectual property.

You can really inexpensively build on top of a library that's acquired that way.

So the valuation numbers have gone way up on the quality of the intellectual property because of the leverage, the sort of exploitation leverage that AI represents.

My news item.

There are browsers out there that you can use that are agentic.

They will do things for you.

Anything that you can do in the browser, they can do.

And that's a whole new model of agents that is being played out.

And one of the problems with those agent browsers is that they're vulnerable to prompt injection.

Meaning if a website has some hidden information in there, it's interpreted as a prompt by the browser, it can be hijacked or jailbroken, so to speak, and do some things like give up all of your information, all your credit cards and all that other sort of thing.

So Perplexity has one of the most capable agentic browsers.

It's called Comet.

And what they just launched is a new technology called BrowseSafe that blocks 91% of prompt injection attacks online.

in their browser agent.

So they're making progress to make these things more secure.

That's been one of the reasons that I haven't used them, but a small reason compared to, and here's my other hardware announcement, is I have to finally bite the bullet and I'm going to buy

Scottish though I may be, I'm going to put out the money for a new MacBook M4 Pro so that I can actually use the Comet browser.

Both of my machines that I work with on a daily basis are from 2017.
