And those vibrations...
The makers say signal safety to the brain.
And the idea is it rapidly brings you out of kind of that fight or flight mode.
And again, there's a published clinical analysis that shows that it does improve HRV, the heart rate variability and focus.
And you can wear it very discreetly on the wrist or ankle.
And I think for people who might get overstressed at work or the anxious traveler, it's a nice thing to have on your body, wherever you want to wear it, that actually does something to help you calm down in real time.
Yeah, it kind of is.
