And that causes you then problems where there's a field that you could probably get 20, 30 yards up the pitch.
I'm not saying go on high, press them and leave kind of gaps.
What I'm saying is kind of keep the units tight, but put more pressure on them in and around the halfway line to stop them kind of launching them balls in.
And I just felt at times we didn't do that well enough when we...
when we kind of smelt blood, which we kind of got to a point where I thought we can go on and win this game really comfortably.
I just felt that we didn't have that kind of killer instinct to really get after them and really put them under more pressure then.
Yeah, I think that's probably a fair assessment.
But I also think on it that you need to have a bit of both.
So if you've got a player like Benny in the team, he is a ball carrier and he is somebody who can get you up the pitch.
So you want to be able to use that at times.
But I do agree with you is that you don't want that to be the case all the time.
And you don't want him to have the one to kind of drag you up the pitch.
I thought we picked up some really good pockets in the first half, particularly the first probably 30, 35 minutes.
until we conceded.
There was gaps there and we were kind of finding the tens and we were getting into decent areas.
We were taking three, four, five players out of play where our four were passing.
And like you say, in the second half, it just felt a bit more kind of...
a bit more rushed, I felt a bit more panicked, there wasn't really enough kind of composure to keep the ball.
I think we had probably one spell of possession in the second half where we kept it and we had a nice little spell and it was in and around that time I thought, right, I think we're going to do this, we're going to see it out.
But we didn't.
