New Gem, which is an interactive story narrative generator that he uses on the car rides that they have to do when they drive away from Florida to Georgia and so on.

So Character.ai has just released a thing that's very similar, Stories.

And it's a visual and replayable interactive fiction format where users select the characters that they want to have, choose a genre for the story, and then they individually guide branching narratives by making decisions with this interactive story.

So it sounds quite familiar, you know, based on

the prompt and the description that Brian shared with us yesterday, but Character AI now has an interactive story generator for multi-character narrative fiction.

They must.

The timing, they were so quick to release it after Brian revealed his gem.

And they did.

I didn't read into the detail of the story.

It caught my eye because it was so familiar from our discussion yesterday.

Which is the is the leap to discussion, which is

you know, the future in which full length feature films are personally customized by your AI, you know, the combination of agents that are not only in the LLM space, but also in the video generation space, multimodal, you know, interacting, listening to what the commentary is in the room and, you know, modifying the plot line even as a result of that.

it's fascinating you know what the possibilities are and potentially a little mind-boggling and maybe even confusing to the you know not fully formed brains that you know you know younger people have so well this is kind of tied to the disney thing right the disney announcement right they're they're going to put user generated content onto disney plus so we'll see how that works i didn't do that that's very interesting well but

Yeah, it was very persistent.

I remember reading about this, and I think that they selected only the most viral videos on X. So it was selecting the things that the people consumed the most.

Because they were being spread the most.

And of course, that means it was they each was filled with outrage and sensationalism, imposterousness.

And so all of that as new training fodder for an LLM poisons the mind.

And by extension, we have to believe that it's poisoning the mind of the people who are consuming that kind of viral content as well.
