History being a constant companion to everything you do, because how are you going to replicate what you guys did with Sir Alex?

It's almost an impossible job.

So it's going to have to be someone who is prepared to accept all that and be strong enough as an individual to say, yeah, but I will do it, but I'll do it my way.

irrespective of what anyone else says, irrespective of what's coming from the outside, this is what's going to bring us success.

I think you need a proven winner, absolutely, because I think, you know, people talk about how do you create a winning mentality?

Win things.

That's how you create it.

So you need a winner, somebody who's won, because it does take something extra to win things, and somebody who's won things understands that, has been through that process before.

But also somebody, like I said, as a person, as an individual, when you sit across from him, you're absolutely convinced that whatever comes at this person, he is not going to shake in his belief about bringing success to the club.

And it's not easy, mate.

I mean, I said that to Ruben early on.
