But it seemed inextricable in that my story was also part of other stories.
And putting that into context through history has really kind of been meaningful for me.
Yeah.
My parents are in that way very altruistic and there's a little bit of madness with altruism.
Yeah.
It's like mad hope.
So I think that there was no rationale, but kind of like the fuel of faith, you know.
And, you know, I don't mean to sound so missionary because I'm not really a great Catholic myself, but I think that that was what, by principle, their sense of the world and how it was going to happen was that
we're going to make it or we're not going to make it, but all together.
Hmm.
That's very profound indeed.
I've been really privileged to kind of listen to people's lives and histories and I think always you kind of hear that awareness that they've really touched upon something that's very real and you can hear that in their stories and I think that's an interesting way of looking at it.
