In Malawi, in southern Africa, around 80% of the population rely on agriculture for their livelihoods.
They face multiple challenges, from climate change to invasive species and natural disasters.
And accessing information that could help them respond can be difficult in rural areas.
But now a new chatbot is using artificial intelligence to help farmers in English and the country's other main language, Chichewa.

So she says the farmers come to me or whenever I'm visiting, inspecting their crops, that's when they do ask the questions.
