It's been suggested that for the first time this century, the number of children dying before their fifth birthday is projected to rise.
That's the finding of the Gates Foundation, led by the tech billionaire Bill Gates.
Their new report finds that in 2024, 4.6 million children died before their fifth birthday, and that this number is projected to rise by 200,000 to an estimated 4.8 million children this year.
It's being attributed to large cuts in aid from wealthy countries.
