And that was our experience constantly was just realizing our way was not always the best way.

And there was a world full of other opportunities to learn different ways of doing things.

And so we got to do that in that context.

Yes.

So part of my job was to organise activities for the weekends for all the boarders.

And there was a hot spring nearby that they told me they loved going to.

So I booked buses and organised this.

And

I was sitting at lunch just before we left and the head of campus said to me, just watch out for crocodiles.

And I kind of laughed and said, oh, okay.

And he very seriously said, I'm not joking.

We lost a volunteer at the hot springs.

And I said, what do you mean you lost a volunteer?

And he said, yeah, a volunteer was eaten at the hot spring.

And I said, this same one that we're going to.

And he said, yes.

And I just...

You know, I came from a world of risk assessments and, you know, managing even the slightest possibility of something going wrong.

And I said, we still go back?

And he said, yeah, we do, because there's not that many places to go.
