That idea that you can actually, you know, it's not about giving up and being a victim.
It's not about losing, you know, fighting this battle because I knew I could never win this battle.

But I can use, retrain my brain, use my brain and my body to control some things that at a time in my life, a lot of stuff was very uncontrollable.
So even that breath work, you know, I always remember Sinead saying breathing is the one thing that everybody has to do to survive.
So if we can use that and harness that energy.
and use that, you know, that nasal breathing.
It's a really simple thing.
It just grounds us and slows us down and helps us, I suppose, to keep calm and stay in that moment, which was really important for me at the time.
You know, I suppose it's that idea, and we did a lot of this with Sinead, just learning how your body works and learning what's happening to your body when you're feeling anxious.
And it's that psychoeducation piece.
And, you know, like a lot of stuff that we take for granted or maybe are just not very unconscious of and not aware of.
So harnessing that and taking control of that.
that in a moment especially in a moment where you might be spiraling and there was a lot of that for me and there still is at times you know I live with this or you know as I like to say it's a very much an uninvited guest in my life but I've had to I have to coexist with this with this diagnosis so I still have moments where things get really tough and hard
And I will lean into that and use those moments and use some of those tools and skills.
And I suppose it's just about people, I suppose, getting that message across that to people that even in the really darkest times, even in times when, you know, time life feels very hopeless.
There is hope always that hope is different things at different times.
But there is hope and there are and there is help and support.
