We really have to put a critical thinking cap on and realize a couple of things.
One is the level to which women are going to underreport their usage, especially if they're an employee.
So like really question those data points.
But then you look at the right-hand side where we get to really embrace that 50-year-olds and up have this hella expertise that we can pour into AI.
And what I love about this is here's the silver lining.
Yes, on the earlier end, on the non-knowledge worker side and some knowledge worker, we're at risk.
but also in the more powerful, more lucrative, more governing, more influential roles that can be played in AI everything of our society.
Women have this incredible gift to bring to the table.
And what I see, my own little gumshoe reporting, like I like to share,
is we have women over 50 in particular flocking to all arenas of AI.
It's not just the ones with the incredible need for discernment, right?
It's the builders as well.
But if you take that discernment piece and you pour it into AI right now, what we're going to see is
is more of what we've seen already to date, which is in March of 2025, women's usage of chat GPT went like a hockey stick at the exact same time that men's usage of chat GPT went down.
So we held back, waited to see, do we like, do we hate, do we have abject faith?
How bad can this be?
How is this going to hurt the people who we care give for?
And then once we felt to a certain level, then adoption skyrocketed.
And I think it's going to be like that in other areas of the economy as well.
