But what we found is that the videos that had the thumbnail of black men didn't get opened.

And the ones that had the videos of the blonde haired, blue eyed, because that was the like culture of the organization.

Those ones got opened again and again and again and again and again.

And to me, that was actually my first turning point for maybe we should be using avatars because this is unsafe.

Right.

So you start to kind of think about what's the authenticity is really important, but also safety is really important.

But also being aware of people's biases and knowing like, do you as an organization say, you know what?

We're not going to do videos of this guy because they're not getting opened.

And we're going to double down on the blonde, you know, 30-year-old.

I think that's going to continue to be the case in social media for a little while, unfortunately.

It's just the way we're wired.
