Speakers, somebody you should write a recommendation for, somebody you should consider in your hiring pool, like just like IRL.
It's like on social media where you have like hopefully you have that moment of.
There's something about my bias that's preventing me from putting this woman forward or something like that.

If anyone cares, I'm connected to almost 2,000 women in AI, pretty much all of which are great potential speakers.
So the algorithmic bias situation is going to blow up.
I don't know what's going to happen.
People in our group are preparing for, well, people who are like in our community, broader speaking, are preparing for a class action lawsuit.
And I encourage people to check into it because it really is a canary in a coal mine for other negative effects of algorithmic bias.
And it could go on forever and forever.
This is why I'm in crash out mode and do a lot of damage to our whole society as women get again or again.
