It's hard to always judge the size, but I'd be surprised if it's bigger than a Cessna, probably somewhere in between. Whether it's white or silverish, or if you're looking through different sensor apparati, it'll look like whatever hot or cold is. But usually orbs around these facilities, sometimes things that look a bit more irregular, but the vast majority being orbs.
