There's all of this stuff about the jury, which is fascinating. There are some other things that have been filed, which I was like, oh, OK, this reference to not using Rule 412, 412, not using people's previous sexual history or previous... Or sexual proclivities as part of the trial.

That, to me, read as a really good thing because it would be very uncomfortable for somebody's entire sexual history to come with them onto the stand, particularly people who may have been victimised.
