So we should be eating seeds.
And minerals.
I mean, minerals is a big part of it, too.
We're very mineral deficient.
And if you're deficient in minerals, a lot of times your vitamins don't uptake.
So, I mean, that's a problem, too.
And silver is a mineral.
A lot of people actually, you know, don't realize that.
They just say, oh, it's a metal.
You know, we don't metal in our body and stuff.
But silver is a mineral that belongs in our body.
We're supposed to have silver in it.
If you don't have silver in your body, your immune system wanes.
So silver is like the master control center for our immune system.
So when you're low, we get sick more often.
Raising that actually makes you more resistant to sickness and illness.
Well, so we used to get a lot of it from farming plants, vegetables right out of the soil.
