The median house price in regional Australia is approximately $650,000.

One of the contributions to giving more people more property at the right price point is to encourage more people to live in regional Australia.

Well...

And then, of course, we have an environment where all of a sudden the capacity to work both in the office and remotely is a calibration that we've got more flexibility on than we've ever had in our history.

And so, therefore, it feeds into part of the solution.

The other reason is, of course, there's opportunities for businesses to put more resources into regional centres where they can attract the right talent because the talent can, A, get a job and, B, can buy the house of their dreams in that regional centre.

I'm providing an environment for my staff where they have flexibility and, more importantly, what's the best way for them to be their best and deliver their best each day in the company.

And so that's what we're working on.

If it's the case that they can discharge their role living in a different area, then we'll work on that.
