a world where there's an abundance of fake information you know we were talking earlier uh nikita beer who is the head of product at twitter um he came out with this what seemed like a pretty wild claim at the time saying you know within 90 days every single communication channel that you use is going to be flooded with so much spam that they will basically be unusable to the average person and he was talking about your text messages your phone calls your email you know a lot of people like dude come on right like by the way spam calls are bad no one likes them but i still use my phone

I just saw kind of a 15-day update or so that he tweeted.

And there was an individual who basically is using, I think it's the Zillow API.

And they are using artificial intelligence plus the Zillow data to essentially just shotgun approach lowball offers on homes at like 70, 80% discounts.

And it's just like law of large numbers.

Like somebody's going to hit the bid.

but that's a lot of spam getting put out.

But my guess is they're doing it this way because they can personalize it.

So now they can pull the address.

They can see what the listed price is.

They can put a 70% discount.

They can do things that make this look not so generic and therefore it makes it much more interesting.

What happens in a world where you don't know if you're actually talking to AI or not?

You don't know if the person calling you is AI or not.

This seems to be really where you think Bitcoin and blockchain and all this stuff becomes almost essential for verification purposes.

I actually have told multiple people that I think that code words, not only like your personal relationships, but your professional relationships is going to be one of these things of, you know, sometimes you solve technology problems with non-technology solutions.

You know, I always laugh that you ever heard the story of the Winklevoss twins when they bought the $11 million of Bitcoin?

I think it's a digital gold or whatever, or maybe it's Bitcoin billionaires, whatever the book is.

and they go in their apartment and they're going to generate the private key, but they're so paranoid that they won't do it until they put sheets or like a blanket over their head and everything.

So even if somebody was looking outside the window, right?
