So they may have made mistakes in their lives.
And she said that the thing that was most important was for them to be honest about it,
for them to paint this kind of redemption arc.

And the thing that is most dangerous is if after you do that and more stuff comes out, then it starts feeling like you're just making excuses, that this is not an authentic kind of acknowledgement of your past, but something you're throwing out there to get the media off your scent.
And she wasn't thrilled with Platner.

running for Senate besides Plattner and Janet Mills, the governor.
