Shells haven't had a settled back four, either have Bows, Bows haven't had the same back four since the first two games, they've changed their full backs, they've changed their, but that's part of it, so it's seamless for Bows where Mournahan comes in tonight and Darrell Power only come on,

Senna Mullen came back in tonight he wasn't there last week against Rovers so it's that sort of I suppose Rovers have been the catalyst of doing that for the last couple of years where it just looks seamless when they don't have their first best 11 on the pitch and that's just another feather in the cap that you can say about Bowers tonight that they didn't again more than come in and they didn't look like they were any worse off than they were last week but that being said I think

I think it's a long season, lads.

I don't think any one team here, even the likes of Derry Lewis and tonight, I think four or five games in a row in this league.

And back to your point, Shane, you're winning two games in a row.

Winning two games in a row against any team in this league is huge.

beating Rovers and then going on and winning and winning and winning is huge.

But we can have a downturn.

Teams will have a bad period.

Shells are not firing on themselves.

They've loads of injuries.

But yeah,

They went up the derry tonight and won a game.

And all of a sudden, as bad as everything is, it doesn't look that bad.

Same as Pats a few weeks ago.

They hadn't won a game since the start of the season.

And then all of a sudden, they win two or three games in a row, Monday, Friday.

And all of a sudden, everything is rosy in the garden.

They look good again tonight, by all accounts.
