He was a bit like Jim Marshall in a way that photographed the whole cultural thing that's happening there, gallery openings, demonstrations.
But yeah, so these were the people I looked at initially.
And then Robert Frank, I mean, all the black and white stuff.
I mean, I did one picture of Brian Eno was very inspired or rip off or whatever you want to call it.
I call it inspired because it looked different.
Of Brian Eno holding two CDs, which is reminiscent of the little boy having toy grenades in Central Park.
Well, nudity was for her more common than for me.
We met and somebody suggested we do something together.
And Anna thought maybe strippers, you know, because she hadn't done that, but she's easy with the female body.
And it was interesting to photograph these people.
And she would just take Polaroids, which is new for her too, because normally she works from found visual material.
I think I was not very good at that in my photography, but it established a friendship, and we're still good friends, and I think she's wonderful.
But I'm also friends with Imi Kneubels, a German painter.
