The data protection authorities are equally investigating European companies.

Well, when the current data privacy framework was put in place, we, the European Data Protection Board and European Data Protection Supervisor, we did give our opinion in the context of the procedure of putting it in place.

And in our opinion, we set a lot of emphasis on the judicial framework

judicial remedies and the redress mechanism.

And these are, of course, something what we will be also focusing on when there will be the biannual review, time for the biannual review.

And then other than that, it is the European Commission who monitors the data privacy framework.
