You just won't let anybody fuck up.
What's the worst thing that could happen if it fucks up?
Is the business going away?
No.
So let them fuck up.
That thought process, not a lot of people have that run companies.
Well, I fuck up all the jobs.

I think the biggest fuck up, truly, because we're building the business and you pick bad people.
