You are a worker with a family.

You have your kid going to school at a specific time, 9, whatever, 8 a.m.

to 4 p.m.

You need to go pick them up.

How do you make sure if a mom or a dad can't make it to work because your child is sick, the AI agent is able to automatically find the right last minute replacement where it's a win-win.

Right.

Because somebody else is available and somebody else might want to be making that extra $200 to buy a gift for their grandparents or whoever it may be.
