Well, the part that seems a little hard to believe from my understanding of the facts is that he doesn't remember those boys, where apparently there's gonna be some evidence that he and his bride, Melissa, took the boys out to dinner, at least on one occasion.

I don't know how many times you're taking out little kids who are strangers to dinner, but I think it would stand out in your memory that, you know, who they are and what this is all about.

I really want to go back and focus on his video.

That's a kind of a unique thing.

I will tell you what what he described, like he found out Friday they wanted him and Saturday he went and hired a lawyer and then Sunday he got there.

That's not so atypical.

I mean, I had that situation recently.

Now, what we don't know is, you know, what I did was I called the prosecutor's office that wanted my client to surrender.

I said, look.

It's Friday at six o'clock.

I'm not surrendering her now.

You know, she's going to stay in over the week.

I'm not doing that.

But on Monday morning at nine o'clock or eight o'clock, whatever time, you know, I'll surrender.

And during that 48 hours, you get to know your client.

You get to figure out some of the facts.

You get to get

To be blunt, you get to get paid as the lawyer.

You get to put together what's called a bail package.

You know, if I go in front of the judge and I ask for bail, what do we have?
