And the last one is experiencing more beauty in life.
Life today isn't very beautiful.
And part of the reason is because, well, part of it is technology.
Technology mostly isn't beautiful.
I mean, if you're looking, if the sum total of your experience of nature is seen through your computer screen,
That's sad.
You know, the average child today spends between four and seven minutes a day in nature and between four and seven hours a day behind a screen.
That's exactly backwards.
And the result, that's one of the reasons that there's so little sense of meaning because you're forcing into the left hemisphere of your brain where you get a, you're getting a simulation of the beauty in life and the beauty in nature.
Meaning can't be simulated.
Beauty really can't be simulated either.
And you can say, yeah, that, wow, it's a beautiful sunset that I took a picture of and I'm looking at on my phone.
It's not the sunset.
