They don't.
I mean, it's like, especially if they're working full time and they have little kids.
I mean, you're done.
You're cooked.
But you have to find the time.
You have to do the work.
You have to connect with the people in your life.
And this was a really big thing for me because when I was a CEO, I mean, it was...
