For what would I give my life?
Ask ChatGPT, what would I die for?
It doesn't even make sense, right?
Yes, right.
And in point of fact, you might not be able to put your finger on it exactly.
And that's okay, because all the things you care about the most can't be solved.
They can only be understood.
And I'll give you an example of that, by the way.
There's lots of stuff that I solve all day long.
I solve all kinds of analytical problems all day long.
That's what I did when I was in graduate school was learn how to solve problems.
But the problems that I can't solve are the ones I care about the most.
My marriage is a very complex problem without a solution.
I've been married 34 years.
I mean, I'm so in love with my wife.
She's the last person I'll lay my eyes on as I take my dying breath.
but I can't quite tell you why.
And we've been married for decades.
