And then in our seventh and eighth grade junior high class, we do talk about oppression and how in history people overcame that and how kids can apply that to their world today.

And we really focus on empowering them to be leaders in our community and then as they go on to high school to be those leaders in their school.

Some of our students are even involved in the movements and the marches that happen in the cities, so that's kind of a big part of who we are, but not all of what we do.
