I learned so much along that journey while I was abstinent. Also was like reading self-help books like this book called Welcome Home by Najwa Zebian. And I just learned that when you're centered within yourself, when people come and when people go, you still remain. And so you don't have to feel lonely because you have you and no one has you better than you.

And so for me, it was the greatest thing I could have done because I've always been confident, but... I am a people person and I really began to love just my alone time and not consider it as lonely, but consider it as me time and just feeling whole as me.
