I think in my 30s, I was an employee throughout my 30s.

And only later into life, as I joined Sequoia and started my own company, did I really start thinking as an entrepreneur.

And one of the things that being an entrepreneur forces you to do is take off the blinders.

Because at the end of the day, everything comes down to your judgment call.

And you have to be able to make judgments very quickly with imperfect information.

And that's a muscle memory that you have to be able to learn.

And as an employee, oftentimes, you're not forced to make those very quick judgment calls around a broad number of things and a broad range of different kinds of people.

I want to say probably start a company soon.
