I hear about Supreme Court term limits increasingly more.
And it just feels like one of those things that comes up from the bottom that you rarely hear from the elected official lane.
I don't think I've talked to a Californian who just feels heard.
I guess I want to ask them, what is there like a hopeful democracy spot of joy?
