Maybe I should have.
I don't know.
I would kind of want ice cream.
And just this chunk, wish for, what do you wish for your future, implies these like bigger wants and wishes, right?
So this is interesting.
This was inspired by a question asked in our Q&A by Elizabeth, one of our amazing students.
And she had said to a friend, I wish for my son to be an upstanding citizen.
And the friend corrected her and said, that's much too formal.
And so then she was asking, you know, could I say I would like
for my son to be an upstanding member of the community or should I be saying something else?
We had an amazing conversation about it and I'm excited to share that with you guys today.
And they're always amazing.
All of these students have such insightful questions, things that are coming up as they are building fluency or things they're learning in their course that they're taking through All Ears English.
And it's always a really, really interesting conversation.
