adjust what do you think is the difference between a necessary catharsis so let's say someone has repressed frustration they've allowed themselves to be a doormat they haven't roared like they've they've been a lion that hasn't allowed themselves to actually express any of their personal power and they need to they need to find a place to roar or
They've held a lot of sadness and grief, but have been told to keep it together and they need a good cry.
What's the difference between that kind of, that kind of, I would say easy way to kind of slip into your old patterns versus a genuine catharsis.
Cause I see that a lot in breath work too.
Yeah, I think that's the key.
It has to come from the heart.
It has to be real.
You know, I think one of the ways that I'll draw like a subtle distinction that is, I don't know if you were there with us on that trip where we were drinking with Makad.
I know you know Makad well.
It was part of even your first journey.
He was out there with us.
We were laughing our asses off on that first Wachuma day.

He took a deep breath and then he let out a real roar by himself to the woods.
And it was like, whoa, that's the roar of a man.
That's the roar of a king.
And, uh, and then quietly walked back and went back down and fan himself, you know, like laid back down.
And I think there is a place for that type of thing.
Were you there for that?
