I think it set me up with a good foundation. And then, of course, all of the practices that I do, they unearth the truth of your feelings. So I've been on the psychonautic medicine path for 20, hell, 25 years.

Like, if things are going awry, you have to be able to just take decisive action and then feel what's necessary later.
