Okay, that's getting weird.
the the everyday pressure of that i mean everybody people in different kind of jobs live it in almost all jobs they live it your performance has to has to live up to the standard or you're going to be gone yeah it's like but but but but nobody very few people do it that publicly right well and they see you every single day yeah you don't notice it on a day-to-day and
level you don't with hundreds it has to take a picture right for many years ago and put it up where you are now which is right i mean everybody ages but in that when you have a job that that's stressful that'll age you quickly and a job where literally hundreds of thousands if not millions of people think they can do it better and criticize you on a daily basis and they do make a lot of money i get it how are you tyler i'm doing good um
My dad walked at least a mile a day and usually two miles right up until he had the stroke in September till he was 93.
He would walk a mile a day.
And I think that, I mean, a lot of it's luck either way, but I think walking, let's put it this way.
Most of the people I know have lived long lives, had long walks as daily as part of their regiment.
My brother and sister both lived in Spain.
They do it right.
They stay out late.
They party, then you sleep in, then you wake up, you do a couple things, then you go have a nice meal, take a nap, and go party again, Bob.
They don't work?
I mean, they work.
That little thing I mentioned for a couple of hours was work.
That's the way to live.
Lots of rest, lots of social activity.
