Mike McDonald, Kyle Shanahan, and Mike Vrabel.

I'm torn between Vrabel and Johnson.
And the reason I give it to Johnson is because the Bears have been a joke for a long time, like just an NFL joke.
And that guy walked in there and transformed the culture and called the plays and developed Caleb Williams.
Those are extra points for me over these other guys.
