I think it's unfair to even say generational guard prospect.
But I think every two drafts, there's an interior offensive lineman that you feel really confident being a plus starter for a long time in the league and a plus starter right away.
And at 14, if the Ravens had solutions at guard and maybe kept Linderbaum, you're not really considering it.
And maybe you're looking at a skill play or something on defense.
But with where this roster is now, with Andrew Voorhees slated to start at left guard, if no changes are made, I think Ioana is a slam dunk.
They can't develop playmakers.
I was looking,
at their draft history I'm like Rashad Bateman I remember liking that and it hasn't really worked out Zay Flowers I think has worked out for them but you're still like if that's your number one receiver are you feeling all that good about it I think that when they draft skilled players it hasn't really panned out for them I'd much rather prefer them go interior here and try and figure out the receiving court that they've already drafted and invested a ton of capital in like they still have Bateman and Zay on this team
That dream we had for four days.
No, this was tough for me, too.
I think I look at defensive line and what edge players are available here.
If Monroe Freeling is still on the board, I was like, do they just consider trenches and keep investing?
But they still have... I think they have really good tackles.
They've got a good offensive line.
Maybe they don't need a project.
They need someone who can win now.
And...
Part of me struggled, but one thing I think the Bucs have gotten right in terms of how they approach the draft is throwing the kitchen sink at secondary players and spending first and second round picks on guys that they think can pan out or even third round picks.
Jamel Dean is now a stealer.
They're going to have their second rounder from last year from Notre Dame.
