I think Pittsburgh has a lot of needs everywhere.

And I think part of this, too, is I just don't really understand what their plan is.

Is Mike McCarthy and Aaron Rodgers going to win nine, maybe 10 games and losing the wildcard round?

Probably.

What is this team after that?

It's one of the oldest rosters in the NFL.

It's kind of like pick someone who you think is going to be good, even if they're not going to contribute right away, probably, because I don't think it's not like we're maximizing this window.

We're going all in.

I don't think there is a ceiling chance that McCarthy and Rodgers are playing in the AFC Championship, right?

I think the ceiling chance for this team is they need to get younger.

They need to get cheaper at certain positions.

They need to get smarter.

And overall, I kind of switch into this post-Tomlin era.

We've kind of moved on very quickly, kind of like the Ravens moving on from Mentor.

That's been easier to grasp because Mentor previously worked for them.

I think they're ready for that change.
