aggressive, sort of gratuitous foreign intervention.

But they've said it's going to be a discrete four to five week operation.

And by the way, that was said before the midterms.

So, you know, I think we take them at their word and just see how they perform.

I think that's what he's doing, right?

No, I think a reasonable articulation would be it was preventative.

Well, we also keep using the word war.

Again, I would probably articulate it more in terms of conflict, in terms of—

I'm pretty sure when you blow up another country's leader, it's a war.

That's what I'm getting at.

And again, I was a little back of the head.

I was a little egghead.

It's a high kick into the urinal, too.

And again, I was a little eggheaded at the outset when I was talking about Article one, Article two.

But the declarations of war carry legal significance that authorizes additional action by.

I would call it a hostility.

I would call it a military opulation.

It's an armed conflict.
