There is actually legit hope, not just.

The Bradenton flu type hope where you go down to Bradenton and spend 10 minutes watching the Pirates or covering them and you come away thinking they're at least going to win the World Series.

This year, they might have a winning team.

This year, they actually do have a potentially good lineup.
