That was something we didn't want to do.
The next thing is any kind of porting, any kind of...
damage of the structural integrity of the charging handle stem.
So we knew we didn't want to do that.
We've seen those break.
We've heard from OEMs when we were designing this charging handle of some of them breaking.
So we knew we didn't want to do that.
And then the last portion was wear parts.
We didn't want our gas defeating properties to be dependent on any parts that could possibly fail or need to be replaced.
So you mentioned that there's some handles in the market that might use a silicone or rubber ring in their charging handles, which I think is a great idea because it does work decently well.
But there's a reason why when you buy one of them that you get two extra silicone rings with it is because they will fail.
They will hang up on castle nuts or on any kind of different stock.
So they eventually will fall off.
And then most of them actually will get eaten over time by the combustion gases that they're stopping.
So they'll become embrittled and they'll actually start to chip away.
And so that was the last portion of what we did that we said, you know, we don't want to wear part.
We don't want anything that's damaging the structural integrity of the charging handle.
And we don't want to we do not want to to vent gases.
So we had to look from the inside of what causes that little one of the best things I heard in Arizona from an officer this week, actually, that I will use this term till I die is.
is the little, he called it the little bong rip that you take when you shoot your rifle, right?
