And it says you can do this, you can't do this and so on and so forth.

And you agree to the terms of service of this zone that you're about to enter, which will have some constraints on both digital and physical behavior, and that have examples of what is allowed and what is not allowed.
And if you don't like it, then you don't have to comment.

So that's why most practical blacks to discords have moderators and moderation policies and band hammers.

There's free speech and there's friend speech, right?

In theory, in practice to a friend, if you use your full free speech and you start cursing and yelling at them and you're like, you can't throw me in jail for that.
Yeah, but they can not be your friend, you know, right?
Helding out on them, whatever, right?
So friend speech is how you speak to a friend.
