It's like, hey, you haven't paid your taxes.

I'm like, no, I have paid.

And what had happened was the IRD had not correctly allocated the payment to the right period.

And it was just a system error or someone had not picked it up.

So sometimes it's as innocent a reason as that.

But they don't know because while systems are good, processes are good.

You don't know whether it's always 100% accurately operating.
