There's a way to do this.

Most human beings right now, none of us have awareness that you can climb up the stairs.

So it's just a tool to be able to understand more about who you are so that you can start doing the work.

And the work is digging down into a lot of the things of what are the traumas people go through.

What you're seeing in the comments section, the person who says, F you, the person who says, I want to kill you, the person who says, jump off, whatever the thing is, that's coming from their own trauma.

That's coming from their own insecurity, their own humility.

That's what it is.

They're projecting.

They're projecting.
