decides where those resources go over this very very long period of time and you can gerrymander your own re-election very easily you essentially promise people more money it's a totally dysfunctional organization with no regulation internally and a random swiss lawyer who never actually expected to be in this position who looks startled to be in it but has found that he really does quite enjoy it

is breaking his own statutes by cozying up to a single quite divisive political movement within that country.

And there is effectively all we can do is stand and watch.

It's funny.

I've a lot of people in America that have been apologizing to the rest of the world and saying we are we are sorry about this.

And I kind of, I feel like saying don't, you know, yeah, stuff happens, but it's actually quite sweet and does give me a feeling of hope that people communicate like that, that there's a kind of sense that the executive tier in this country does not actually, despite being a democracy and being an elected president, does not actually represent the attitudes of the majority of the country.

And that I find quite reassuring.

When I came into the country, I was questioned.

The only thing they said to me was, tell me about your trip to Turkey.

you know in in the end the quality really made made the difference um and that was really and he sort of nodded and that seemed to be fine and i was let into the country he said pep just didn't overthink it that night yeah yeah yeah i mean if you overthink it enough times you're eventually gonna you're gonna hit one on the course well it will cover off the field issues as much as on the field ones as well
