Well, I mean, you have to understand that these people don't know what they're talking about.

Like, Rob Key, he's managing director of England cricket.

He's never had a proper job.

He's existed only in cricket.

So when he talks about that, he's simply parroting management speak that he's heard elsewhere.

Clearly, there's some human resources type thing that has to happen if there's a question of people losing, you know, quite major...

I think the real thing that's happening here is trying to find...

I think they're trying to find a way for Stokes to continue.

Because, I mean, I've spoken as though we're losing him because that was the initial talk, that they were simply finding a way for Stokes to go out on his own terms, so to speak, and in a way that wasn't a disgrace.

I do think that Stokes is a really complicated person and that there are things happening here that we don't know about.

We do know how exhausting and how difficult, I mean, just being any kind of cricketer is, let alone being a professional cricketer in that way.

When your team is playing against him, he can be quite annoying.

He he sometimes he speaks well, but often without any nuance and without really thinking.

And he'll often say things that it's very easy to be annoyed by if you're in the opposition.

We're reinventing cricket.

People should be grateful for the way to play that kind of stuff.

But I really like Ben Stokes.
