But also, I think it's more so... But it's also, I don't want to put everybody who's a fan of Black Myth into just like one...
Go for it, Barrett. I feel like there's a very online section of people who are paying attention to whatever they can do to support black myth. In certain ways.

And it's going to be to the point where I think like that 10% weight of the Game Awards, I'm going to say like, I know it's like the math isn't like fully correct here, but like I'm going to say roughly 8% of that 10% is going to be voting for Black Myth.

And that's what I'm trying to say as well. I just think there is a contributing factor there. I know people in the chat are really upset of us ignoring the audience who lives in China who support this game and are behind this game.

I do think there's another great point here, and I don't know if they're making it for or against me, but I'm going to use it for a big in the YouTube chat says, I mean, look at Harry Potter last year. Most of the people that bought it didn't go online and watch reviews either way. And that's the thing is that like.

Just because Black Myth had a lot of concurrence and a lot of sales in China doesn't mean all of those people are online and care about award shows that are happening in England and in America and stuff. So that's just, like, why I think about these other factors.

Which I think would have gotten nominated for Game of the Year last year if last year wasn't as fucking crazy of a year. If last year was like this year, Cyberpunk would have been nominated.

And here โ like the other thing is like I've seen this argument โ I'm not going to call out their name, but someone says it's built off of a game of the year. Of course it will be good. It's cheating. How is that any different than a sequel though? So I'm going to use that argument to say that sequels should never โ ever be nominated for any awards because they were built off of something else.

God of War Ragnarok should not have been nominated for Game of the Year. It was the same assets, all reused.
