And so it's sort of both things is that, again, it's that mental health and life satisfaction improvement that I've seen.

And so they have more chronic illnesses come on the scene.
That's part of aging that you can't turn back the clock on.
And I've never been able to figure out how you, you know, how can you make it more coordinated so that it, you know, so that you increase things across the board.
But clearly, and this is a, boy, this has been something we've talked about almost on any show.
The importance of physical activity to just it helps every it really does help everything.
And it's not like you have to, you know, become an Olympic swimmer or a track star or try and turn your body to like Charles Atlas.
Remember that comic books that I grew up with, they had this, you know, send in your dollar and you'll get the Charles Allen.
You know, so actually it was funny because when I started, you know, I also had more time where I could go to more organized exercise, although I would walk and run.
But as I started to do that, my wife said, now you're not going to turn into like Charles Atlas with that stuff you're doing.
